About Kristin

Real estate has been part of my life since I was six years old. I grew up helping my grandparents and parents buy, renovate, and manage rental homes — from painting and hauling furniture to Sunday drives spent touring houses. That early hands-on experience shaped the agent I am today. My husband and I continued the tradition by renovating a 1938 home on the North Shore of Lake Superior. We owned and operated a successful 5-star vacation rental, Lupine Lodge, for 21 years. I have also spent 23 years as a K–5 teacher. That experience taught me how to guide families through big transitions with clarity, patience, and care. I have put all I have learned into my buyer and seller programs to involve kids in the moving process. After all, buying or selling a home is a journey for the whole family.
